TurfKeeper has been designed by turf professionals who collectively have over 50 years’ experience in the turf industry. Conceived as a single, personalised and fully inclusive platform to assist turf professionals deliver their daily responsibilities, and driven by a desired for better information and subsequent knowledge to inform future decision making, TurfKeeper is now an integral part of over 250 turf operations around the world.

In a web-based environment, TurfKeeper contains modules that deal with all of the key areas of turf management.

• Staff management - Important staff details, qualifications and training, bespoke access levels, time sheet reports, plan, assign and track holidays, absence recording and tracking, wage costs, working hours, overtime & time in lieu
• Task planning - schedule your day to day plans using our dynamic and effective planning tool. Organise & plan daily tasks across an unlimited number of customisable areas, reload regular daily routines, set maintenance schedules and future agronomic programs
• Machinery management - Links to spare part inventory, track fuel usage & cost, equipment depreciation rates, downtime & repair costs, future maintenance planning and alerts, full on-line maintenance records
• Inventory management - Categorise stock, manage machine spares, set minimum stock levels, stock alerts
• Applications planning - set future agronomic programs, fertiliser and chemical planning, measure application costs

Frequently Asked Questions

• Can other people within my organisation use the system and what can they see?

  There is no limit on the number of users that can be set up within the system. Each user is given a secure username and password that you create. Access to certain areas of the site can also be restricted within the user set up. As an example, you may only want a staff member to be able to access the Machinery section, but don’t want to allow access to Budgets, Stock and Applications.

• Will the system be updated and will this be at any extra cost?

  The system is under constant development as we listen to customer feedback and stay current with industry requirements. Updates and improvements are released at regular intervals within the annual year subscription.

• What support will I receive when using the TurfKeeper system and is there a cost?

  TurfKeeper offers free support and help to all our customers. Support is available by phone, via on-line meeting software, or on-site as required. New feature videos accompany new features and other help videos are also available throughout the site.

• Where can I find new TurfKeeper development updates?

  • Our clients are directly advised of new development updates via our newsletter and videos that accompany the launch of new features. We welcome feedback or any new ideas / features you may wish to see within the system.

• Will TurfKeeper work on my computer/device?

  Being cloud based, Turfkeeper can be accessed and used on any device. All you need is internet access. Our preferred browser type is Google Chrome but the site works equally as well on other browsers.

  The key planning components of the site are also fully mobile optimised, giving you full planning functionality on your device out of the office.

• Security and Data

  Our system is hosted by one of the world’s largest and most reliable providers of secure computing services. Our software is backup daily with the added protection of redundant server switchover should delivery issues occur.

  Your data remains your property and is not shared or sold. All user passwords are encrypted, with contact details only retain for billing records.
